PartyNextDoor and one of his friends were reportedly arrested for drug posession in New York yesterday (Oct. 5), as he was crossing a bridge into the United States. The Toronto singer and songwriter was arrested for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge after state troopers were called to help the U.S. Customs and Border personnel for an inspection.
According to WIVB, the two were riding in a bus as they were crossing into the U.S., where they were stopped for a secondary inspection by authorities. PND was reportedly found in possession of Xanax and Oxycodone, while his friend, Jerome Nevins, was found in possession of Xanax. The two were issued appearance tickets returnable in the town of Lewiston Court. There’s no word on when the two may have to go to court following their arrests.
